Our balls to the walls Spin Instructor. She kicks ass in spin class in the early morning, fixes teeth by day... and then she's run 7 miles. If that's not enough, she's a mom of two with serious abs. Excuses not to workout don't fly with this one. Look for an amazing workout with loud music and a rock out atmosphere in her spin classes.
Our very own licensed physical therapist, with sports medicine experience! We thank the Ely gods everyday for luring Toni and her husband to our little community. Her talent and passion for sports medicine brings completes us a gym.
Latin blood and a sassy energy sums up our Dafne. A lifetime obsession with weight lifting and spin, her energetic and FUN class will keep you spinning to the beat. You might even catch yourself smiling through your sweat for the entire class.
Quiet Hatha Yoga is Therese's passion. She takes her grace from being a professional dancer and mixes the zen of yoga in a way that will mesmerise you.
With an Associates degree in Therapeutic Recreation and currently working on her bachelors Health Science this young lady is an amazing addition to our team! Energetic and a form freak, she is rocking our TRX program and will continue to introduce new things to our gym.
BIO: I believe the yoga practitioner is one who seeks a supportive environment to participate in finding their own balance, peace and foundation. As a teacher, I aim to provide the setting for students to explore their practice with curiosity and to explore the ways in which a yoga practice can be an interesting experience and an important element in enhancing the experience of living.
Brooke has been a fitness instructor off and on for over 12 years. Focused primarily on fluid movements, her classes experience ranges from yoga, dance and barre fintess. Her passion for supporting self love is what sets Brooke apart from the crowd.

Three years of instructing TRX classes and she is hooked. Look for Hybrid classes mixing Wall Workouts and Spin Bikes. Addicted to functional fitness, she prefers body weight exercises and is a form freak. It's all about foam rolling, gaining flexibility and taking care of yourself. Join a class that will help your body FEEL better.
