You know those classes that everyone is packed into and an instructor is yelling out exercise after exercise... and everyone in class is struggling to just finish without dying? THAT'S NOT US.

We believe in strict form, doing your exercises in a injury preventive way. WE WANT YOU TO GET STRONGER and not take out a shoulder, elbow, knee or back in the process. We are here to help you FEEL BETTER.

PRICING: individual class $15/CLASS 

Member 6 Class Pass $ 72 ($12/class)

Non-Member 6 Class Pass $78 ($13/class)

UNLIMITED Pkg- membership & classes $90/mo

*member passes do not expire, non-member expire after 3 months.

EVOLUTION

We keep on evolving.

We are mixing TRX, Kettlebells and Functional Movement together for a full body workout.

This class will work you hard, whether you are a beginner or have been working out your entire life. No experience necessary, we will supply the motivation!

 MOBILITY
TRAINING

A mobility stretch class that will make you feel fantastic. Mobility is one of the keys to longevity in training. Working on mobility will also unleash A LOT of hidden potential in your body.

Develop joint strength, body control, flexibility and balance in a full range of motion. 

TRX CLASS

We incorporate the TRX suspension straps into our full body workouts. If you are just starting out or are bored with your current workout routine, this is the class to be in! TRX straps help engage your core in every movement we do. Balance & Strength exercises will help you in everyday life and you will FEEL better than you did yesterday!

BOXING CLASS

Train with our Certified Olympic Boxing Trainer (German Olympic Sports Federation).

Anna is dedicated to training any levels, but has a true passion for working with pre-teens and teens. This class is open to ages 12-adult.

HYBRID

A generous mix of TRX, Wall Workouts and Calisthenic Training. Expect high reps, & headstands. This class is for clients that have already taken some of our classes and are familiar with TRX.

 

Some classes are slow, intensional exercises, some will make you sweat and others will have you upside down more

than right side up.

We are a whole new ball game. Come and ride with us and enjoy it!

We are form fanatics and that applies to our spin classes also. Start out easy and adjust to your comfort level. The only one you compete against in our classes is yourself.
