BALANCE & STABILITY

TUESDAYS 10:15AM

Balance & Stability class because as we age, we slowly lose both. Get it back, feel stronger and more stable. This class is designed as a slow movement class, helping with ground work and standing to sitting. All of the things we lose as we age, we work on in this half hour class.

SOMA YOGA

THURSDAYS 5:30PM

SomaYoga (from Yoga North in Duluth) is a yoga style which combines slow and intentional Somatic movement with therapeutic yoga and classic asana. SomaYoga focuses on including your mind in the neuromuscular awareness of your muscles as you move. We encourage practicing with 51% gentle effort and not going into pain. SomaYoga classes can benefit you by finding more ease in your body. Wear comfortable clothes. 

SUNRISE YOGA

WEDNESDAYS 7AM

A great way to start the day! Sun Salutation Yoga to get the blood flowing and start your day off feeling awakened and amazing.

SATURDAYS 9:15AM

It's all in the name!

This class will take you through 45 minutes of movement strength exercises using TRX straps, kettle bells and free weights. This class is written for healthy aging adults looking to improve strength lost.

CIRCUITS

MONDAYS 9AM

For beginners looking to kickstart their fitness journey through circuit training, starting with simple yet effective routines can set a strong foundation. You can increase intensity by incorporating weights or adding more challenging movements to the circuits. The beauty of circuit training lies in its adaptability, especially for older adults, making it accessible for individuals at various fitness stages seeking an efficient way to burn fat and boost their overall health.

TRX CLASS

INTRO TO TRX WEDNESDAYS 4:45PM

We incorporate the TRX suspension straps into our full body workouts. If you are just starting out or are bored with your current workout routine, this is the class to be in! TRX straps help engage your core in every movement we do. Balance & Strength exercises will help you in everyday life and you will FEEL better than you did yesterday!

For injured backs or injury prevention, this class will strengthen and help you in daily life. Small class style to ensure we are able to watch, teach and correct form.

A mobility stretch class that will make you feel fantastic. Mobility is one of the keys to longevity in training. Working on mobility will also unleash

A LOT of hidden potential in your body.

Develop joint strength, body control, flexibility and balance in a full range of motion.

EVOLUTION

MONDAYS 6AM

We keep on evolving.

We are mixing TRX, Kettlebells and Functional Movement together for a full body workout.

This class will work you hard, whether you are a beginner or have been working out your entire life. No experience necessary, we will supply the motivation!

GRIIT

TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS 5:30AM

Our spin off of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes. GRIIT gets down and sweaty. This is a fast paced class and we recommend that you have taken personal instruction or group classes with us before doing this class if you are a beginner. Form is key and can very quickly get lost when you speed things up.

 

Join us for a butt kicking high intensity class!

HYBRID

THURSDAYS 6AM

A generous mix of TRX, Wall Workouts and Calisthenic Training. Expect high reps, & headstands. This class is for clients that have already taken some of our classes and are familiar with TRX.

 

Some classes are slow, intensional exercises, some will make you sweat and others will have you upside down more

than right side up.
