We keep on evolving.

We are mixing TRX, Kettlebells and Functional Movement together for a full body workout.

This class will work you hard, whether you are a beginner or have been working out your entire life. No experience necessary, we will supply the motivation!

BEGINNER TRX CLASS

We incorporate the TRX suspension straps into our full body workouts. If you are just starting out or are bored with your current workout routine, this is the class to be in! TRX straps help engage your core in every movement we do. Balance & Strength exercises will help you in everyday life and you will FEEL better than you did yesterday!

BACK ABILITY

For injured backs or injury prevention, this class will strengthen and help you in daily life. Small class style to ensure we are able to watch, teach and correct form.

Bullet proof your back.

 MOBILITY
TRAINING

A mobility stretch class that will make you feel fantastic. Mobility is one of the keys to longevity in training. Working on mobility will also unleash A LOT of hidden potential in your body.

Develop joint strength, body control, flexibility and balance in a full range of motion. 

MOVEMENT STRENGTH

It's all in the name! This class will take you through 45 minutes of movement strength exercises using TRX straps, kettle bells and free weights. This class is written for healthy aging adults looking to improve strength lost.

SOMAYOGA

SomaYoga (from Yoga North in Duluth) is a yoga style which combines slow and intentional Somatic movement with therapeutic yoga and classic asana. SomaYoga focuses on including your mind in the neuromuscular awareness of your muscles as you move. We encourage practicing with 51% gentle effort and not going into pain. SomaYoga classes can benefit you by finding more ease in your body.

GENTLE
HATHA YOGA

A gentler style of Hatha yoga practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility.

HYBRID

A generous mix of TRX, Wall Workouts and Calisthenic Training. Expect high reps, & headstands. This class is for clients that have already taken some of our classes and are familiar with TRX.

 

Some classes are slow, intensional exercises, some will make you sweat and others will have you upside down more

than right side up. 

CALISTHENIC PROGRAM

We've created a program that uses calisthenics to improve your mobility, agility, and strength. Our coaches are experienced in helping people of all levels of fitness achieve their goals.

If you're new to fitness, we will teach you the basics and help you avoid injury.

If you've been working out for a while, we will help you focus on improving your form and technique.
