Yin is a perfect balance for a fast paced active life and a great way to balance out those intense workouts. It’s also for anyone dealing with chronic injuries or chronic conditions like arthritis. Yin is a great starting point for beginning meditation practice.

Anna is dedicated to training any levels, but has a true passion for working with pre-teens and teens. This class is open to ages 12-adult.

A generous mix of TRX, Wall Workouts and Calisthenic Training. Expect high reps, & headstands. This class is for clients that have already taken some of our classes and are familiar with TRX.
Some classes are slow, intensional exercises, some will make you sweat and others will have you upside down more
than right side up.
